Refund Policy

At Can Caddie™, we are committed to providing outstanding service. Please review our refund policy below:
• Monthly Plans:
Payments for monthly service plans are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
• Annual Plans:
Annual plan payments are eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancellation is requested at least 30 days prior to the next renewal date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-year after services have been rendered.
• HOA Community Plans:
HOA-sponsored plans are governed by the agreement terms and are not eligible for individual refunds. Please contact your HOA for questions regarding group contracts.
• Service Issues:
If you experience a service disruption or problem, please contact Can Caddie™ directly. We will work to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds for service errors are considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Can Caddie™.
